Welcome to Marrakech Bicyclists. By booking a tour through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
After submitting your booking request, our team will contact you via email or WhatsApp to confirm your reservation.
A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive confirmation from Marrakech Bicyclists.
2. Payment
No online payment is required.
Payment is made in cash on the day of the tour, directly to your guide before the experience begins.
Please bring the exact amount whenever possible.
Accepted payment:
- Cash (MAD)
- Other payment methods may be accepted only if confirmed in advance.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled tour.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive at the meeting point within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure time without informing us, your booking may be cancelled.
5. Participant Requirements
Participants should:
- Be comfortable riding a bicycle.
- Follow the guide’s safety instructions.
- Wear the helmet provided during the entire tour.
- Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure.
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
6. Safety
Your safety is our priority.
Each tour includes:
- Premium electric bicycle
- Safety helmet
- Brief riding instructions
- Professional local guide
Guests ride at their own responsibility and must respect local traffic regulations throughout the experience.
7. Weather Conditions
Tours operate in most weather conditions.
If severe weather makes the tour unsafe, Marrakech Bicyclists may:
- Reschedule your booking
- Offer an alternative departure time
- Cancel the tour if necessary
8. Equipment Responsibility
All bicycles and equipment remain the property of Marrakech Bicyclists.
Guests are expected to use the equipment responsibly.
Any intentional damage caused by negligence may result in repair or replacement charges.
9. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Marrakech Bicyclists cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the tour.
10. Photography
Our guides may occasionally take photos during the tour.
These images may be used on our website or social media.
If you prefer not to appear in any photos, simply let your guide know before the tour starts.
11. Website Content
All content on this website—including text, images, graphics, logos, and design—is the property of Marrakech Bicyclists and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Privacy
The personal information you provide is used only to process your booking and communicate with you regarding your reservation.
We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
Any disputes shall be resolved under Moroccan jurisdiction.
